The court arrested Ulyukaev's property

The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested the property of the former Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukaev, accused of receiving a bribe. According to Interfax, a press secretary of the court of Juno Tsarev reported this.

"By the decision of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow, it was arrested by 10 land plots and Ulyukaev’s residential building as a security measure. All property is located in the Smolensk region," she said.

Tsareva clarified that the decision on the arrest was issued on November 29.

Earlier, the source of Interfax, familiar with the situation, said that the court of ex-minister, by the request of the investigation, imposed security arrest. At the same time, the interlocutor of the agency emphasized that "the arrest of property is a common practice in such cases."

Alexey Ulyukaev was detained by the FSB officers in the evening of November 14. The next day he was charged under part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code (receiving a bribe by civil servants on an especially large scale with extortion).

According to the plot of the case, the minister demanded from the representative of Rosneft Money for the legitimate issuance of a positive conclusion and evaluating "regarding the purchase by this company of the state stake of Bashneft. Otherwise, they say in the TFR, the official threatened to create obstacles to the work of Rosneft.

On November 15, in the evening, the Moscow Basmanny Court sent Ulyukaev under house arrest until mid -January. A few hours later, Vladimir Putin dismissed the minister from his position "due to the loss of trust."

It was claimed that the FSB listened to the official of the official from the summer. Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that from the very beginning of the operational development of Ulyukaev, Putin received all the information about the events, but did not dismiss the minister, because “sufficient reasons are necessary for dismissal,” rather than “primary information”.

On November 30, Putin appointed Maxim Oreshkin, Minister of Economic Development, who previously held the post of deputy head of the Ministry of Finance.
