The court arrested the property of the former Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexei Ulyukaev, Interfax reports with reference to an informed source.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, the arrest of property was chosen as an interim measure. What kind of property is in question, the source of Interfax did not specify.

Alexei Ulyukaev has been under house arrest in the criminal case of extortion $ 2 million at Rosneft since November 15. On the same day, Putin freed Ulyukaev from his post.

According to investigators, the former minister demanded money from Rosneft for a positive assessment of the Bashneft privatization transaction, which was issued by the Ministry of Economic Development.
