"Daughter" Cross Arctic Group Bankrupt "Krasavia"

Taimyr Energia LLC demanded to recognize the Krasnoyarsk airline Krasavia. Earlier, the company filed claims against the carrier for 1 million rubles.

“Energy” filed a lawsuit about the bankruptcy of “Krasavia” in the regional arbitration. The case has not yet been accepted for production. Details of the requirements are not disclosed.

Earlier, Energia filed two claims for airline for 501 thousand rubles each. The company demanded debts for the supply of electricity, heat, water supply and wastewater removal. Court meetings are scheduled for January 9 and 16.

"Krasavia" is the largest regional air carrier of the region. He has more than 50 aircraft and helicopters. The main area of ​​work is intra -regional and intra -municipal flights on aircraft in the Far North of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The company, according to the Kontur-Fokus base, was established by the regional government. In 2015, revenue amounted to 2.1 billion rubles, net profit - 1.7 million rubles.

Energia LLC is engaged in the production of electricity at thermal stations. The revenue amounted to almost 300 million rubles in 2015. The company was established by Etalon-S LLC, LLC Leasing Company Vega, Taimyr-Energo LLC and Cross Arctic Group LLC. The total revenue of the last three amounted to more than 3.5 billion rubles.

The CROSS ARCTIS holding Group has been operating in the Far North for a long time and supplies power plants for closed turnkey power systems, transports general and bulk cargo along the Northern Sea Route, controls ports in dixon and Hatanga, and also extracts coal and crushed stone.
