The body of a French citizen who disappeared after a robbery was found in the forest in Mytishchi

The Investigative Committee of the Moscow Region is conducting an investigation after the body of a man without outer clothing was found in the forest area of ​​the Mytishchi district, according to the department’s website.

RIA Novosti, citing a source in law enforcement agencies , notes that a French citizen who disappeared after a robbery in Moscow has been found.

According to Interfax, on December 15, a woman contacted the police and said that unknown people had taken her and two acquaintances from the center of Moscow by taxi to the Medvedkovo district. There, their personal belongings were taken away.

During the investigation, the police found out that the young people were in one of the nightclubs. On the street, they stopped a passing car, in which there were drivers and another man, and asked to give them a ride.

A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code (robbery). The suspects, according to official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk, were detained.

An Interfax source in law enforcement agencies noted that two French citizens and a British citizen were robbed.
