Politzeck Bubeev is transferred from a colony-settlement to a general regime colony

The Tver Blogger Andrei Bubeev, who was serving a term of 2 years 3 months in the case of extremism in the LIU-3 of his region, is tightened by the verdict: the political prisoner is transferred from a colony-settlement to a general regime colony. This was announced on her FB page Blogger's wife Anastasia Bubeeva.

The decision comes into force on December 23. The appeal on him, as follows from the publication of Bubeeva, was not submitted - why, the wife of Politzek did not specify. Thus, it can be concluded that the court took place on the 12th, the decision of the first instance, if they are not supplied, they enter into force after 10 calendar days. This is consistent with the remark of Bubeeva about the "gift" for his birthday - the birthday of the politicalese was December 11.

The submission of the Liu-3 administration, which is located in the village of Mikhailovskoye Valdai rural settlement, Bologovsky district, considered Bologovsky City Court in jurisdiction. However, there is no information on the court on the court.

In their view, the FSINITS declared Bubeev a malicious violator of the regime. As the wife of Politzeck wrote, in almost a year, spent by her husband in the special block of the Tver SIZO -1, he was charged with at least 62 violations - "it was not so sat down, did not stand up, etc.". In some cases, Bubeev was sent to a punishment cell.

In addition, a blogger was put on a professional science as a person who has a "bad influence on the contingent." The reason was the conversations of Politzek with other defendants, encouraging to read books. “Read at all, not something specific,” Bubeeva explained.

For several months, the LIU-3 administration, as far as the publication of the wife of Bubeev allows us to judge, did not subject to the penalty of the political prisoner. However, then he was sent to the schizo - for what reason, it is not specified. Sending to a schizo, taking into account the penalties imposed on a blogger in Tver, and gave the FSINCES the reason to declare Bubeev a malicious violator and demand tightening his sentence.

This is the second case in Putin’s Russia to tighten the sentence to the Politzek by transferring to the institution with more stringent conditions. On November 28, a similar decision was made in the Tambov region in relation to the leader of the Russian Astrakhan movement Igor Stenin - he was also transferred from a colony to a general regime colony. In addition, in the Chusovsky City Court of the Perm Territory, an idea of ​​the translation of publicist Boris Stomakhin from a maximum security colony to prison will be considered in the near future.

The verdict of Bubeev was issued on May 5 by the judge of the Zavolzhsky District Court of Tver Alexei Rodionov . He announced the defendant guilty of part 2 of Article 280 (public calls for extremism via the Internet) for publishing the poster of Antona Myrzin (Paperdaemon Changnostic) "squeeze out to Russia!" and parts 2 of Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for separatism via the Internet) for the repost of the article of Stomakhin "Crimea - this is Ukraine!" . The total term was appointed taking into account the previously issued verdict in the first case. As an additional punishment on the blogger, a ban is imposed on the Internet for a year after release.

The blogger himself did not plead guilty, saying that he was persecuted for beliefs.

On July 20, the Tver Regional Court confirmed the sentence to Bubeev . The decision has entered into force.

The first thing against Bubeev was discovered in early 2015 to denote a certain supporter of Russian aggression in Ukraine, with whom the blogger entered into a dispute on social networks. Then he was also charged with reposts on a personal VK page of a number of publications. Among them were the video “Tanks and armored vehicles of the Russian Federation, a large column of a fascist aggressor on the border with Ukraine. 01/20/2015”, a photo of a cemetery with the text about mass burials of militants in eastern Ukraine, a note by the blogger Andrei Shipilov about anti -Ukrainian moods in Russia, and a knife instructions. Bubeev did not accompany his reposts with any comments.

In addition, the blogger was charged with the storage of 56 combat cartridges prohibited for civil circulation. As the accused later explained, he found cartridges in an abandoned military unit and took with him, as they approached his hunting carbine.

May 24, 2015 Bubeev was detained. In the investigation in the first case, he fully pleaded guilty and went to the pre -trial agreement. On August 28, 2015, the judge of the Zavolzhsky District Court Stanislav Strusovsky sentenced the blogger to the year of the penal colony under Part 1 of Article 282 (arousal of hatred or enmity) and part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal storage of ammunition).

The objects in respect of which Bubeev aroused hatred and enmity in the verdict Russian, as well as social groups such as “citizens of the Russian Federation” as a whole, “citizens of the Russian Federation supporting the President of the Russian Federation”, “law enforcement officers” and “Russians experiencing patriotic feelings”.

The new case against Bubeev was brought up almost immediately after the first sentence. Then he was transferred to the special block of the pre -trial detention center, from where he was returned to the general building only shortly before the stage in the colony.

There are no separate colonies-settlements in the Tver region. The KP section is valid under the LIU -3 - the hospital for convicts suffering from tuberculosis. Healthy prisoners are also delivered there. Bubeev arrived in Liu-3 in mid-August . The term of its conclusion expires in August next year.
