Sochi mayor Anatoly Pakhomov is a well -known opponent of drones - drones with cameras that journalists use to shoot real estate officials from a height.

“Today, drones unceremoniously invade our lives. It is not clear for what purpose they remove various objects of private and state property. Moreover, drones do not have any permits for the shooting, ” said Anatoly Pakhomov.

According to the mayor, drones with cameras should fly over the plots of interest to journalists only with the permission of business entities and city authorities. The mayor proposed to give all violators of this rule to the police as real criminals. To discuss this initiative, Pakhomov called on December 19 a meeting of the anti -terrorist commission, at which it will be decided whether it will be approved.

Where does the money come from?

Four years ago, the income of the family of mayor Anatoly Pakhomov was twice as much as that of President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

How could he earn so much? Probably in the civil service, because since 2006 Pakhomov has held very bread posts. From 2006 to 2009, he was the head of Anapa, then he headed the Sochi administration. Just then, his annual income amounted to 848 thousand rubles: the official received 806 thousand rubles in the civil service and 42 thousand rubles for teaching at the Kuban State Technological University. The Pakhomovs had few real estate: a plot of 1300 square meters and the apartment of his wife Elena.

At the same time, the amount of earnings grew rapidly: in 2011, Anatoly Pakhomov reached 780 thousand rubles, and his wife had 9,557 million rubles. Over the next year, the mayor has already earned 1.3 million rubles, his wife - 10.7 million. In 2013, Anatoly Pakhomov received 1.4 million rubles, and his wife brought less to the family budget than in the previous year - 6.9 million rubles. Probably, then Elena took up raising children or sacrificed her career for her husband: her income continued to fall and in 2014 amounted to only 3.8 million rubles. Then the size of the earnings of the Sochi mayor reached 1.7 million rubles. The year 2015 turned out to be good for the Pakhomov family: then the mayor earned 1.8 million rubles, and Elena Pakhomova’s income increased sharply and reached 11.4 million rubles.

The promotion was affected not only in the welfare of the family, but also on the number of real estate owned by it. If, before Anatoly Pakhomov moved to the Sochi administration, the family owned only one plot of land with an area of 1300 square meters and an apartment, then, starting from the 2011 declaration, the Pakhomovs consistently acquired: two plots of the land that spouses own together (875 and 591 square meters). In addition, at the same time, Elena had another land plot with an area of 3096 square meters, two garages (16.6 and 16.4 square meters), an apartment (143.4 square meters) and one non -residential room - 118.7 square meters. After that, already in 2013, the family bought a second non -residential premises with an area of 1868 square meters and a land plot of 622 squares. The area of the apartment also increased - from 143.4 to 185.6 square meters. The mysterious growth of the housing can be explained only in one way: Anatoly Pakhomov initially incorrectly indicated the parameters of his wife’s apartment so that the journalists could not find her (it should be recalled about his fear of drones: it seems that the mayor has a real fear of reporting journalists).

Sochi apartment with an area of 143.4 square meters, which seems to be owned by Elena Pakhomova, could not be found. But there were apartments with an area of 185.6 square meters, and this is interesting: they, judging by the documents, have not belonged to it since 2013.

From the information of the real estate registry it follows that Elena Pakhomova bought this property from the sea in the summer of 2009. The luxurious apartment is located in the eighteen -storey housing complex “Pervomaiskaya 13”. Supply according to the description of realtors, the house has a well -protected territory, a playground, its supermarket and underground two -level parking, where Elena Pakhomova also belongs to two parking spaces - 16.6 and 16.4 square meters. Pakhomov began to indicate in his declaration since 2011, although he had to do this in 2009 and in 2011.

At the House of Business Class on Pervomaiskaya the perfect location: it is a 15-minute walk from the Central Sochi Beach "Mayak", not far from the city hall building (you can walk to work), bus and railway stations.

That is why the prices of apartments in it are appropriate. So, now apartments are sold there with an area of 190 square meters without finishing for 20 million rubles. Others, with a similar area and renovation, can be bought for 45 million rubles. The question arises of how the Pakhomov family managed to accumulate such real estate if Anatoly Pakhomov earned the first big money only two years after its purchase.

Rent and charity

In Krasnodar, on Krasny Partisan Street in house No. 136 there is a four -story office building of class A with its own parking and elevator. In 2015, it was sold for 180 million rubles, then it could be rented. In the end, the owners could not sell the building, and they began to rent the premises of the salon of the furniture factory "Demidov A." From Abinsk. Now in the office center there are kitchens worth from 1.2 million rubles.

The mistress of the building is the wife of the mayor of Sochi Elena Pakhomova. According to the Unified State Register, on August 7, 2008, she acquired a land plot with an area of 622 square meters at this address, but she issued a non -residential building on December 24, 2012. However, information about this property of the mayor’s wife appeared in his declaration only in 2013.

The first lady Sochi is known not only because she earns more than her husband. She is actively involved in charity, is the president of the Sochi city public organization “League of Women's Goods”, founded in 2010.

Over the past year, according to “Contour. Focus ”, the fund earned 1.4 million rubles. In addition, Elena Pakhomova is known as the head of the Tsvetik-Seven-Belly charitable foundation. Together we will help the children ”, which since 2013 has been renamed the Charity Fund for Assistance to the Children of Good.

Local publications emphasize: there is no information about how much the “goodness of the good” collects funds to help children. The fund does not have its own site. In an interview with Vesti South in 2011, Elena Pakhomova voiced the amount of 22 million rubles, but in 2014 she called a different amount - 50 million rubles.

The events of the Fund are also announced on the portal of the executive bodies of state power of the Krasnodar Territory. The commentary of Sochi Anatoly Pakhomova is also given there: “Among the townspeople there are many good people who have wealth and have the opportunity not to spend all the money on themselves and their family, but to give to those families who need it (he stated this in June 2014).

Nevertheless, the court soon satisfied the lawsuit of the Department of the Ministry of Justice in the Krasnodar Territory on the cessation of the organization of the League of Women's Goods of the Bridge of Good. The reason for the lawsuit was that the fund did not report on its activities, composition and money from May 2011 to July 2013. However, the organization still exists and holds auctions with businessmen and officials who donate funds to children - quite large amounts.

As for the children of Anatoly and Elena Pakhomovs, the official mentioned them in an interview in the Krasnodar media in 2008. The daughter, according to him, married a resident of Anapa and lives there, and son Alexei graduated from the Kuban agricultural institute, married and lives in Sochi, where he is engaged in business. In the “Contour.fokus” base there is only one company whose founder is Aleksey Anatolyevich Pakhomov - Pay Company LLC, created in 2009. The main type of activity is rest and entertainment, rental of real estate.

Whether Anatoly Pakhomov has a mansion by the sea, over which the drone could fly, is unknown. But, judging by history With an increase in square meters with an apartment and the company "Goods of Good", he and his family have something to hide.
