What are the Sun partisans achieve from the authorities and businesses
In the Karelian Bor near the village of Suna in December it is very cold. But local residents, mostly very elderly people, continue to stand around the clock round in the forest, protecting it from cutting down. They are not crazy, just except Bora, they have nothing to lose
***
500 meters from the village of Suna, on the site of the pine boron, the company Saturn Nordstroy is going to develop a sand and gravel quarry. Not far from Suna, in the Kondopozh district, there is already one quarry. On the other hand, the railway. With the third - another quarry and the Cola highway. Sosnovy Bor is the only affordable patch of forest left by the locals.
The fact that soon instead of the forest there will be a quarry with an area of 35 hectares, it became known back in 2012. Then the pensioner Nina Petrovna Shalaeva wrote to the prosecutor's office of the Kondopozh district, to the police, then to the prosecutor's office of the republic. "Is the deforestation legal?" She asked in letters. “Legal” - answered her. Then she went to Tatyana Romakhina, a pensioner and a local activist. She began to talk about cutting down and burst into tears.
“Why cry? - answered Tatyana. - Do not cry. We will work. "

Volunteer from Petrozavodsk Roman shows the way to the photo camp: Ksenia Ivanova/Schschi for TDWomen invited biologists from Petrozavodsk State University to explore the forest. They found red -knit mosses and lichens in Bor: Lobaria pulmonary and Neccakera Curly. It also turned out that there are archaeological monuments on the territory of Bor - the parking lot of an ancient person.
The zone of cultural heritage, plus 10 meters around the perimeter, was excluded from the contour of the field. And the Karelian inter -district environmental prosecutor's office warned Saturn Nordstroy that it was impossible to chop trees with red -knit mosses. As a result, 35 hectares in the license were reduced to ten, but the company did not refuse the idea of developing a quarry. The active phase of the confrontation came for 2016. The Supreme Court of Karelia canceled the decision of the Petrozavodsk City Court, which forbade companies to carry out work that can cause damage to red -button species.
Scientists have found ritual mosses and lichens in Bor: pulmonary lung liger and a periyIn June, residents of Suna were reported by acquaintances from the timber industry industry: the other day they would chop boron. Residents organized duty in the forest: they set up the camp and were in it from morning to evening. On June 20, it was a turn of on duty to pensioners Nina Shalaeva and Vasily Dyikova. The elderly swam the river and heard that they saw a boron. They came running to the place: Harvester (a car for cutting forest) turns trees. Not knowing what else to do, little Nina Petrovna crossed her arms and stood in front of the car, obscuring the pine tree.
Nina Petrovna Shalaeva was born in the forest. In the eighth month of pregnancy, her mother went to mow hay - the mother -in -law ordered. We walked with her husband six kilometers through the forest, then swam a lake on a boat. When they returned back, Nina decided to be born. Father wrapped his child in his player, my mother rested - they went home.
- How do we call your daughter? - asked her husband's wife.
- But how they will call the first woman in the way, we will call.
The woman cried. The path lay past the house where Grandma Martha lived. In the morning, relatives brought her to the rubble, where she was sitting all day. It was impossible not to stumble upon her. I didn’t want to call the child Martha, but did you argue with my husband?
“The young girl came to my village then,” says Nina Petrovna. “They went out for a walk with a young man to meet us.” Her name was Nina. "
Left: according to activists, these marks on trees in the forest are cuts of red -book lobarium made by order of Saturn Nordstroy LLCNina Petrovna 68, she lives in Suna. A simple wooden house without amenities, a stove, two cats, a dog. In the kitchen in frames, photos of the Sunsky boron: the sun flies a forest glade, white mushrooms peek out of the grass.
On the table, a pie with blueberries and lingonberries, a jar of salty white mushrooms, fried okushki - two hours ago they swam. Under the bed - forest supplies, jam and pickles. Enough for the whole winter and will still remain.
Like many Sun pensioners, Nina Petrovna often happens in the forest. Fortunately, at the side - the river swam, and here it is, dear.
“I go to boron to be treated,” the grandmother says. - In the summer there is such a coniferous smell! I look like two hours, I come home with a completely healthy person. And what are our red -blooded, you saw? Here, look, I have a photograph of Neccakers (takes out a camera). I fell in love with her, such a beauty! And then she spilled so many tears when her lumberjacks were scraped ... "
When Nina Petrovna first stood in the way of Harvester, the car stopped. Then Nina Petrovna had a decision of the city court on the suspension of work to destroy the Red Book plants. She called Tatyana Romakhina, she called the police. While the law enforcement officers were driving, Nina Petrovna was sitting on the ground in front of the car. Just in case.
When Nina Petrovna first stood in the way of Harvester, the car stoppedIt was quiet in the forest for several days, and Romakhina called on the weekend: “Nina Petrovna, they cut the forest again! Run there! "
“I was running in that,” says Shalaeva. - I come, Harvester works with might and main. What was to do? I stood in front of him again ... "
- You, bl*b, get tired of living? - the driver shouted at his grandmother.
- Let's go without a mat! She answered.
- You substitute me!
- Let's go to you, I'm older than you.
- You substitute me!
- I will not put you, but Mr. Fedotov (director of Saturn Nordstroy LLC - TD), who did not warn that criminal liability threatens to destroy the Red Book ...
They were bought for a long time, Harvester left. In the evening, Tatyana Romakhina came to Nina Petrovna: “Petrovna, we cannot leave here. We must be here around the clock. ” So the "camp of the Sun partisans" appeared.
In the camp, Nina Petrovna is jokingly called the "desperate extremist." The grandmother deserved the honorary title, saying that if the authorities did not hear them, the inhabitants would have to block the route. He says that the police called her right in the face: an extremist. Several times they tried to take Nina Petrovna to the station. And they even confiscated her saw - they accused her in an hour and a half cut down six trees and brought to the camp. She talks about the saw of Shalaev with special pleasure.
“Sveta and I dragged stumps of trees dumped by Harvester. And an hour later a policeman and an investigator appeared. They began to say that we can’t collect a lobby here. I pulled out a saw, I wanted to drink firewood, as a policeman shouted: “Here, here is a tool of crime!” They took the saw, never returned. And the press service of the government then wrote that the police in the forest caught the saw of trees in the forest. It was very disappointing to read this to himself, but we are already used to everything here. ”

In the summer there were many people in the camp. Journalists and volunteers, even from Murmansk, St. Petersburg and Europe, came from everywhere. Products and essential items brought the elderly, on duty. There were many of their own - summer residents, their relatives. In winter, the ranks of the “partisans” won: the most persistent, ten people remained.

The novel carries the “candle” he made by him from the dry , Ksenia Ivanova/Schschi for TDNina Petrovna wakes up at eight. Puts a kettle, dresses warmer. Half an hour later, Svetlana Yakuta enters, she came to duty from Yanishpol. Women are wrapped in scarves and leave the house. The edge of the sky is pink - it lights. Morning frost grabs cheeks and nose, eyelashes and hair are covered with hoarfrost. The road to the forest lies through the frozen river: they go carefully, goose, the ice is still thin. Ahead is a shaggy dog Nick - Comrade Nina Petrovna. Every 100 meters, the dog turns and runs back to the mistress. Checks if it goes, is everything good.
A kilometer with a small (usually the path is shorter, but now bypassing, where the ice is already strong) we are overcome in half an hour: it is hard to go to Nina Petrovna in winter. “I recently went on duty and suddenly fell. Not a fainting, but just everything swam ... Every spring and autumn I go to droppers, I improve my health. This year, due to the duty, I could not go through the procedures, and it is bad, apparently. ”
In front of the entrance to Bor, a red poster hangs: "Have you signed up to guard the boron?" Immediately behind him, slender pines begin.
"Well, hello, Father Bor!" - says Nina Petrovna with trees. The tops of pine trees are noisy in response to a weak wind.
"Tuk-Nyuk"-comes from afar. These are men chop firewood. The camp of the Sun partisans is a large tent with a stove inside (they were given by volunteers from apatitis), a wooden table, a bonfire and a supply of firewood. From the cold, work saves: chop and drag firewood. And the tent: when the legs wander even by the fire, climb inside. The stove heats well, you can even remove the hat.
Today Nina Petrovna and Sveta will be on duty together. At night, they will be replaced by Ivan Makkoev, who lives on this side of the river. On weekends, there are usually more people. Yesterday, for example, there were three men and Tatyana Romakhina.
“I begin to breathe with all my strength and break away from the ground. I push my breath. I slowly take off above the forest, stop at the tops of the trees and look at it from above. Incredible feelings! "
Tatyana Romakhina began to fly over the forest in a dream this year. He says this subconscious monitoring Bor. Mom gave birth to Tatyana in Suna, at home. Since childhood, the girl was taught to love and respect nature: the forest feeds, the forest gives joy, the forest must be protected. Now Tatyana Petrovna has an apartment in Petrozavodsk, usually winter there, and in the summer lives in Suna, in the parental house. This winter, everything turned upside down: Tatyana is more likely to go to Bor than at home. Stepping on wide hunting skis, leads me to a tree.
On the left: Sunsky Bor“See, the bark is scraved? There was a lobarium here. Her cutters scored with an ax, so that later they would report that they did not find the Red Book in the forest. And this is not only on one tree - there are many of them. And then the Ministry of Natural Resources and the environmental prosecutor tell us that there is no lobarium in Bor. ”
Tatyana is called the "brain" of the partisans. She spent the time between the duty to study the laws and decisions, writes letters, walks along the ministries and meetings - officials periodically sit, puzzling over the problem of the Sunsky boron.
Romakhina came up with the installation of DVRs with Lobaria. I collected money, bought it with the batteries. I thought that if I went to scatter the lichen again, the registrars would write everything down. But someone tore them with Lobaria. “They opened a criminal case of the theft, but what is there,” says Tatyana. “There are no traces, there is no evidence-look for the guns.”
Tatyana Petrovna says that the management of Saturn Nordstroy wanted to find closer people for work in forests. But neither from the Kondopoga forestry, nor from the near Girvas, no one wanted to participate in the destruction of the forest. Then they hired people from distant areas. One night, when lumberjacks came to bring down the forest, not knowing that the partisans were on the spot, Tatyana Petrovna persuaded them to retreat.
View of the village of Suna through the Chestomozero. Photo: Ksenia Ivanova/Schschi for TD“We are sitting in the camp, talking, suddenly we hear a noise. Walking men with motorcycles, with shovels. A whole brigade. I went out, let's talk to them. “Guys, you came to blame our forest. And you didn’t think why you were driving him like thieves at night? You get the forest, you will answer later. Here are red -blooded plants, you will ruin them! And we will fall asleep on the video that you and you, and you, man, have committed a crime! Do you, of good free will, want a piece of bread from pensioners to take away the last one? " I said and silent, I look at them. One man says: "Bl*b, guys, you want, but I went." He turned and moved from the forest. The second followed him, and everyone left. ”
To warm up, Romakhina goes deep into the forest behind a dry -resistant. We tried first to collect a jacket near the camp, but almost fell into a fine - foresters, police came, said that nothing could be touched, state property. Tatyana Petrovna had to conclude an agreement on the harvesting of firewood from Valezhnik and Dry for her home. So the "partisans" took a place for collecting a drone far from the camp.
Guys, you came to blame our forest. And you didn’t think why you were driving him like thieves at night?“They seem to be mocking us, experience us,” Romakhina grins, taking a log on his shoulder. “But we are killed, and we are growing.” Later, trying to wash fat dishes after lunch in the camp, Tatyana suddenly says:
“Honestly, I don't believe it already. Neither the president, in anyone. NO-Wi-Ryu. All these deputies go, icons in temples kiss. Yes, they will not bother sins, they will not bother! We will be there, from everyone it will be asked! "
Roman Labutin comes to duty from Petrozavodsk, lives in the camp for several days, then leaves home. A man is a famous person in Karelia. One of the main activists of the house on Nevsky Avenue, to which in 2012 the private extension-store "Nevsky Passage" was attached. The extension blocked people from the window and sunlight, the inhabitants of the house began a strike. The novel starved, walked around the courts, arranged pickets. And when I heard about Sunsky Bor, I decided to help there.
On the left: Lobaria Pulmonaria - the form of leafy epiphytic lichens of the Lobaria genus, listed in the Red Book of Russia. It was because of this plant that the court forbade the cutting of trees in the Sunsky borus“I know how important folk support is. When we shout at Nevsky for help, and the people are indifferently passing by, it is very insulting. Therefore, I was closely perceived by someone else's trouble. The robbers came to this land, people ask for help, no one helps them. Why not me? Unfortunately, I can’t spend all the time here: we have our own concern - Nevsky passage. ”
Roman and other men treat the forest protection as a war. “I defend my homeland, I gave the oath,” says Labutin and does not smile. - This is Karelia, my homeland, I will not give her offense. And so nothing will be left of our beauties soon, everyone was cut, some continuous careers are around. ”
Nina Ivanovna is 81 years old, but along with everyone, grandmother was on duty in the forest in the summer and autumn. She has an apartment in Yanishpol - amenities and comfort, but while there is a “war for boron”, she will live here in Suna, with her son Vanya. Thus, who spends all nights in the camp. In winter, Nina Ivanovna rarely walks on duty: hard, sore legs. But then, sitting at home, he prepares food for the partisans.
To talk with Nina Ivanovna, we go to her home through the forest. She walks towards the Christmas tree: a red jacket, black boots, the edge of a thin robe. I was worried that we were awraking.
It goes ahead, growth is a meter with a handkerchief. He crosses his feet quickly and quickly. The right felt boot has leaked. 40 years wears, whether a joke! But the grandmother for some reason does not get stuck in the snow, but as if he was flying over him. “This is my beloved Christmas tree,” says on the run and touches the barrel with a mittens. "And these are the blues here live, so they strive to sit on their heads."
Nina Ivanovna - the old -timer of the village of Suna. It was she who participated in the autumn of 2016 in a video message to President Putin, in which, on behalf of all the defenders of the Sunsky boron, she asked to stop the deforestation: “Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, you protect Crimea, Donbass, Syria ... protect our homeland.” “I do not believe that they will leave the forest ...” - two months later Nina Ivanovna says photo: Ksenia Ivanova/Schschi for TD
Nina Ivanovna photo: Ksenia Ivanova/Schschi for TDNina Ivanovna House 1928. Grown into the ground, with holes from shells in the walls. Frost painted sagging windows with patterns. Inside is warm, it smells of firewood. The situation is very poor: "What do we need here, in the village?" Handing his hands on the kitchen table with a faded oilcloth, the grandmother tells how she got into Suna.
“We lived in Petrozavodsk, when in 1941 we were told:“ Run to the forests, they will bomb the city. ” My family left for the village of Tulgubu, rented a room. There, in the forest during the hunt, the Finns caught his father. We saw a gun: That's it, you are partisans. They took it to a concentration camp ... As I remember now: we lived in the back room, and a whole room of the soldier came to the mistress. And they said: "They will bomb the village, run!" And we ran away again ... wandered around the villages, and after the war we already arrived here in Suna. ”
In Sun, Nina Ivanovna worked as a seller, a cook in a kindergarten, brought chickens at the poultry farm. Gradually, everything was closed in the village, the forest became the main breadwinner. And still remains.
“In winter we skied, on a sled, in the summer we went for berries, mushrooms. Supplies, waves - rich Bor! And now what, don't know. This will make a quarry, not one will be bad for us. The mud will go to the river, and the river flows into the Onega Lake ... Bad, bad. Everyone makes money, guys. Money…"
In the summer, journalists suggested Nina Ivanovna to turn through them to the president. Suddenly hears?
- I was so nervous! My memory is bad, I thought, I will not remember how to speak folding. And I read this leaflet and immediately remembered everything. And without a piece of paper she was able to.

Have you heard?
More!"
