As follows from yesterday's statement by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Russian authorities have the text of the negotiations between the pilot and passengers, which was never provided to Poland," TASS department quotes.

In September of this year, the Polish special commission investigating the causes of the disaster found a number of inconsistencies in the case file. According to the head of the commission, Vaclav Berchinsky, in particular, after the collapse of the aircraft, they moved. Poland prepares new accusations to Russian dispatchers, suspecting them of intentionally bringing the flight to the air disaster.

During the press conference, Putin answered the question of a Polish journalist, urging to stop the speculation around the catastrophe of the President of Poland. He noted that he personally read the decryption of negotiations in the cabin of the Polish President. According to these data, a person from the escort of the Polish president demanded that the pilot land in Smolensk, despite the objections of a pilot referring to difficult weather conditions.

“It’s still clear what to speculate? The tragedy is terrible. We have done everything to investigate this, we should not use this for some kind of escalation in interstate relations, everything is clear there,” the Russian president said.

Putin also noted that the wreckage of the Kachinsky aircraft is not transferred to the Polish side, since the investigation of the criminal case on this fact in Russia has not yet been completed. "Indeed, the Investigative Committee (RF) conducts an investigation as long as it is finished, they need these remnants of the plane," the president said.

Catastrophe

On April 10, 2010, the official delegation of Poland, led by the President of the Republic of Lech Kachinsky, flew on the Tu-154M government aircraft in Katyn.

The pilot planted a liner in conditions of poor visibility. The plane did not reach the strip for several meters and collided with the trees, and then with the ground. On board the aircraft was a Polish delegation of 96 high -ranking persons of the country. As a result of the disaster, all people who were on board the aircraft died.

The investigation of the catastrophe was carried out by both the Russian and the Polish side, as well as the interstate aviation committee. In the final report released in 2011, the crew’s decision was recognized as the crew’s decision not to go to the reserve airfield, and the deficiencies in ensuring the flight and preparing the crew.
