The court returned to the police ten protocols of those detained for reading the Constitution at the White House

On December 19, the Presnensky District Court returned to the police ten protocols under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, drawn up against participants in the rally near the White House on Constitution Day (reading the parody "Conceptual" Constitution). According to the rulings of Judge Irina Zubova, the protocols against Yevgeny Mishchenko, Alexander Trofimov, Konstantin Tselms, Yulia Uspenskaya, Oleg Elanchik, Dmitry Chevozerov, Zlata Semyonova, Andrei Korolevskiy, Alena Budarina and Sergei Ozhich were returned "to the body, to the official." The fate of the remaining protocols is not yet clear.
