
In Russia, a ban on the sale of alcohol -containing household products has been introduced for 30 days. The text of the resolution is posted on the official website of Rospotrebnadzor.
Retail trade will be suspended for all alcohol -containing non -food products, with the exception of perfumes and glass washing liquids, the department said.
On December 23, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev instructed the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova to suspend the sale of non-food products with alcohol content over 25 degrees for up to 30 days.
"If you think that this decision is now justified, then, probably, you need to adopt the resolution of Rospotrebnadzor and the sanitary and epidemiological supervision, well, to monitor how it is realized on the eve of the large New Year holidays," Medvedev said. The prime minister recalled that system measures are currently being prepared aimed at streamlining the turnover of alcohol -containing fluid as a whole.
