The Moscow Regional Court upheld the decisions of the Khimki City Court regarding three participants in the truckers' rally on November 11 in Khimki on the occasion of the anniversary of the protest against the Platon system. Lawyer Denis Shedov reported this to OVD-Info.
Elena Filippova , who spent two nights in the police department after her arrest on November 11, and Igor Melnikov were fined one thousand rubles, Dmitry Lazarenko - five hundred rubles. They, like the rest of those detained and left in the police department, were drawn up with reports of disobedience to the legal demands of police officers.
On December 22, in a similar manner, the court of second instance recognized as legal the decisions on fines for five other participants in the action, and in relation to two the decisions were made in the absence of a defense lawyer .
On January 12, a hearing is expected in the case of Olga Reznikova , who also spent two nights in the police department after the protest in November. The hearing in the case of Sergei Ainbinder, who was fined by the court after he was forcibly taken from the hospital , has been postponed to January 13.
