A resident of Perm was accused of propaganda of forbidden symbols for photos on the social network

The young resident Perm was accused of public demonstration of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) after he laid out a photo of the book cover he had taken on the social network. This is told by the site "Star". According to the publication, in the Perm Territory of three dozen such cases, there was not a single acquittal.

In the summer of 2015, nineteen -year -old Maxim Simonov went to Kyiv, where one of the book Bazarov photographed the cover of the book, which depicts the Nazi symbol, Soviet sickle and the hammer and the coat of arms of modern Russia. After that, he posted in the social network photo along with many other pictures from his tourist trip.

In addition to the specified photograph, Simonov is guilty of repost in the spring of 2015 one of the notes of the group “Cozy Lurkomorye”: “Hello. I am the Moscow occupier. So it happened historically. I occupied Siberia ... ”...“ Without respect, to the whole world. Moscow Occupant ”with an ambiguous picture.

On December 26, the first court session was held, during which the justice of the peace decided that the consideration of this case did not apply to her jurisdiction and decided to transfer the case file to the Kirovsky District Court.

During the next trial, the young man tried to explain that the photo he posted was one of many and uploaded just like that, according to the results of the trip.
