In the Kuskovo park, where on the evening of December 28 and on the night of December 29, people who opposed the logging, as well as a journalist from the Dozhdya TV channel, were detained, on the afternoon of December 29, Vladimir Zalishchak, chairman of the Save Kuskovo environmental protection fund, was also detained. He told OVD-Info that he had come to look at the felling site, and then the police approached him.
Currently, Zalishchak is being taken to the Veshnyaki police station, where more than ten detainees are being held. According to the latest information, the police officers did not have time to prepare the documents for the court and intend to leave them for one more night in the department. The detainees, including journalist Vasily Polonsky, were issued protocols of disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers.
UPD: Later, Zalishchak wrote on Twitter that he was left at the Veshnyaki police station for the night. On him, as well as on the detainees earlier, a protocol of disobedience was drawn up.
