
The FSIN for more than a month does not inform the relatives of political prisoners Ildar Dadin, where he is. This was told by the wife of Politsek Anastasia Zotov of the Radio station "Echo of Moscow".
According to Zotova, it is only known that in early December he was first transferred to Vologda, then to the Kirov region. According to some reports, the convicted person can be sent to the Altai Territory. However, there the local public observation commission did not find it in any of the colonies.
The movement "For Human Rights" sent a letter to the FSIN with a request to report the whereabouts of Dadin. The text of the letter on Monday was published by the head of the movement Lev Ponomarev. The editor -in -chief of "Echo of Moscow" Alexei Venediktov sent a similar request to the FSIN
On December 2, Dadina was taken from IK-7 in the Karelian Segezh. On the morning of the 4th, he was delivered to a pre-trial detention center-2 in Vologda. From there on the night of December 5, the Politzek was to be taken further to the stage . There was no further information about the whereabouts of Politzek. According to some reports, it should be sent to one of the colonies of the Kirov region.
On December 19, Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Gennady Kornienko, in response to the request of the chairman of the Human Rights Council, Mikhail Fedotova, explained the translation of Dadin from the Karelian IK-7 with the need to ensure his personal security. "In connection with the conflict situation and in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Criminal Executive Code of the Russian Federation, a decision was made on the transfer of convicted Dadin I.I. from IK-7 to another correctional institution in order to ensure its personal security," the document said.
At the same time, the FSIN response noted that Dadin’s words about the application of violence by the IR employees were not confirmed, and the doctors did not record traces of tortures and beatings from him.
On December 21, a representative of Dadina in the ECHR Nikolai Zboroshenko said that the Strasbourg court, considering the Politseka complaint to torture in IK-7, ordered Russia to provide information on the whereabouts of Dadin until January 9, 2017 .
Dadin became the first convict under article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violations at rallies). On December 7, 2015, the judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow Natalia Dudar sentenced him to the three years of the general regime ( 

On September 30, the Moscow City Court refused to satisfy Dadin's cassation appeal . The document, compiled by the lawyers of the political prisoner Ksenia Kostromina and Alexei Lipzer, was supported by the Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova.
On December 19, the Supreme Court rejected the repeated cassation appeal against the sentence to Politzeku. The judge, whose production was the complaint, refused to transfer it to the collegium.
On December 15, it became known that the Constitutional Court for the second time accepted the complaint of Dadin, Kostromina and Lipzer to article 212.1 of the Criminal Code.
