Criminal cases that we will follow in 2017.
In Moscow , the process of the alleged murder executors of the politician Boris Nemtsov, who was shot at the Big Moskvoretsky Bridge on February 27, 2015, is drawing to an end. There are five people in the dock, and the jury has to decide whether the accusation could prove their guilt. It is all the more difficult to predict the decision of the college that the organizer of the murder - the investigation believes that this is Ruslan Mukhudinov, the driver of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ruslan Geremeyev, is still wanted, and many people clearly involved in the case are not even questioned.
In Kirov, for a month, the case of the politician Alexei Navalny and businessman Peter Officer, who allegedly organized theft of the forest, has been re -examined for a month. After the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, he admitted the first verdict in the case, which admitted that Navalny and officers were convicted of acts that cannot be distinguished from ordinary entrepreneurial activity. The abolition of the sentence returned Navalny the right to participate in the elections - and he announced the start of his presidential campaign. Therefore, the second sentence in the Kirovles case, which should be waiting in February-March, is especially interesting: it depends on him whether the opposition will be allowed to the election.
In the first case of Kirovles, the governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh spoke a witness. Now he is in a pre -trial detention center on charges of receiving a bribe - everyone remembers photographs with ultraviolet light and bills laid out on the table, published by the Investigative Committee.
In the pre-trial detention center, another governor is waiting for the court-the ex-head of Sakhalin Alexander Khoroshavin, he is also accused of bribery.
The third governor who languishes now in anticipation of the court is the former head of Komi Vyacheslav Gaiser. He was accused of creating a criminal community that stole budget money and property. This community allegedly included almost the entire government of the republic.
It is still unclear when the investigation of these cases ends, and whether they will be submitted to the court in 2017.
Already the former head of the Ministry of Economic Development, Alexei Ulyukaev, is accused of having extorted a bribe from representatives of Rosneft for the preparation of documents for privatization by the company state Bashneft. In November last year, after a conversation with the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, Ulyukaev, went to the company's office, from where he went out with two suitcases with two million dollars inside and was immediately detained; The ex-minister says that he did not know about money in suitcases (he thought it was documents) and calls what happened to a provocation. Sources are already hinting that the trial of Ulyukaev can pass in closed mode, but when the process begins, it is still unknown.
The first victim of the new round of the intraspecific struggle of the security forces, who turned out to be with might and main last year, was the head of the anti-corruption headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denis Sugrobov and his subordinates, who were accused of "creating a criminal community." According to investigators, Svugrobov provoked to bribes of officials and even FSB officers. His deputy Boris Kolesnikov jumped out of the window in the building of the Investigative Committee and died. The verdict of Svugrobov will definitely be carried out this year: the prosecutor recently asked for 22 years in prison.
Colonel Dmitry Zakharchenko also served in the same head, during a search in the apartment of the sisters of which 8.5 billion rubles were found. The investigation accuses him of receiving a bribe. The arrest of Zakharchenko is associated with the case of the withdrawal of funds from the Nota Bank.
In the summer, the pre -trial staff of the Investigative Committee Denis Nikandrov, Mikhail Maksimenko and Alexander Lamonov, according to investigators, also got into the pre -trial detention center, they took money from the “thief in the law” of Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro), promising to close the case against his assistant Andrei Kochuykov (Italian). The latter was under investigation after a conflict with shooting near the Elements restaurant on Rochdelskaya Street in Moscow.
Zakharia Kalashov himself was detained in the case of extortion of 8 million rubles from the owner of the Elements restaurant Jeanne Kim. Later, rumors appeared in the press that in the materials of the investigation, Shakro was officially called the “leader of the criminal community of Russia” and are preparing to charge him under part 4 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code (the organization of a criminal community with a person engaged in the highest position in the criminal hierarchy) - these assumptions have not been confirmed. The prosecutor's office recommended that Shakro young and his henchmen be accused of banditry. If the case is brought to court this year, the process promises to be extremely exciting.
Petersburg entrepreneur Dmitry Mikhalchenko was detained in March last year-he was accused of smuggling alcohol, but unofficially sources associate his arrest with the struggle for control over the northwestern customs and the new port of Bronk in St. Petersburg. In addition, the companies associated with Mikhalchenko performed restoration work for the Ministry of Culture and ended up in the center of “Minkulture case” - about theft during restoration. However, in this case Mikhalchenko (unlike the arrested deputy minister of culture Grigory Pirumov) were not charged. Business relations associated the businessman with the FMS - it was cooperation with Mikhalchenko that could become the reason for the resignation of the head of the FMS Konstantin Romodanovsky and the disbandment of the department (his functions were left by the Ministry of Internal Affairs).
The most crazy thing of the 2016-2017 season, even against the backdrop of the general heyday of obscurantism. The young video blogger, who played in the Pokemon Go in the Yekaterinburg temple and posted his video on YouTube, is accused of insulting the feelings of believers and inciting hatred. Sokolovsky’s court is waiting in jail, where he was put on preventive accounting as a prone to suicide and extremism.
The “swamp business” continues: in the case of “mass riots” on May 6, 2012, people are still detaining people in Moscow in Moscow. A month ago, the Astrakhan Maxim Panfilov began to judge ; He suffers from a tourist syndrome, and most likely, when the court finds him guilty, Panfilov will be sent for forced treatment. The trial is still waiting for the historian Dmitry Buchenkov - and if Panfilov was at least May 6 on Bolotnaya, then Buchenkov visited his parents in Nizhny Novgorod that day. Yes, and with the naked eye it is clear that a person with video recordings, whom the investigation calls Buchenkov, is not him.
The most incomprehensible story of last year: in August, after shooting on the border of Crimea and the territory of the FSB controlled by Kyiv, she announced that she had detained a “group of saboteurs”, allegedly sent by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. It is reliably known about four arrested who were accused of preparing a sabotage. Two of them, Evgeny Panov and Andrei Zakhtei, are now in the Moscow pre -trial detention center Lefortovo; They talk about the terrible torture experienced after the detention in the Crimea: Panov, he said, delayed the clamp on the member, and Zakhtei claims that he was clinging to the genitals and electric currents were allowed. Both signed everything that the employees of the Russian special services demanded. Three months later, the FSB again announced the detention of "Ukrainian saboteurs"; They are known even less about them. Perhaps the beginning of the trial will at least clarify in this story.
