Heating and hot water supply have been partially restored. According to the head of the Lyubertsy district and the city of Lyubertsy, Vladimir Ruzhitsky, heating will be restored in full within two to three hours.
At the same time, it is not specified what the situation with electricity supply is in Lytkarino, Dzerzhinsky and the Belaya Dacha microdistrict.
According to official data, on the evening of January 6, due to an accident at an electrical substation in Lyubertsy, residents of the city and several other settlements near Moscow were left without electricity. The accident allegedly affected about 100 thousand people.
