The government has published a bill allowing the only housing for debts from Russians.

If the bill is accepted, the bailiffs will be able to sell debtors from the trading of the apartment if the area of ​​the apartment exceeds 36 sq m per person, and the debt is proportionate to the cost of the apartment. The amount of obligations should exceed 5% of the cost of housing, and more than half of the cost of the apartment should take debts. If these conditions are not respected, the only housing cannot be sold, according to the government.

If the bailiffs take the apartment, the debtor will be paid money for the purchase of new housing. The minimum amount will be calculated based on the average cadastral value of a meter in its quarter. A person will have to buy a new apartment in 3 months. Otherwise, the money for housing will be transferred to the budget of the municipality, and it will provide housing from the State Fund for another two months. For moving to a new apartment, the family of the debtor allocated 2 weeks.
