Savchenko published lists of prisoners and political zones for exchange

The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Nadezhda Savchenko published on her FB page lists of fellow citizens captured by Russia and militants of the DPR and LPR, as well as missing. She intends to exchange these people for Russian military and mercenaries in prison in Ukraine, according to the formula of "all at all." Lists of Russians are also placed in publication.

The first category of Ukrainians on the list of Savchenko are prisoners of war captured by militants of the DPR and LPR. According to Savchenko, there are 129 people in captivity of the militants, although the "people's republics" confirm the presence of only 42. In addition, Ukraine claims 494 citizens missing. In turn, the DPR and LPR declare, respectively, 524 and 377 of their supporters concluded in Ukraine. Kyiv confirms the detention of about 256 people from this number.

Thus, Savchenko concludes, at the first stage it is necessary to exchange persons whose stay in the imprisonment of the enemy confirms, that is, 42 Ukrainian for 256 supporters of the "people's republics".

Another category of citizens of Ukraine is political prisoners arrested or already convicted in Russia and in annexed Crimea. 44 of them on the Savchenko list. Meanwhile, 102 Russian citizens convicted in 2014-2016 are serving in Ukraine for participating in aggression against Ukraine. The deputy also offers these citizens to exchange on the principle of "all for all."

Further, Savchenko continues, it is necessary to find people who are absent in confirmed lists. “And if we carefully look at the lists,” the deputy notes, “we will see that the leaders of the DPR and the LPR included a lot of Russians in the lists of their people: 47 Russians in lists of the DPR (they are marked with orange) and 4 Russian lists from the LPR (they are marked with yellow). Why did they do this? separatists, and in order to exchange them for a noise, without giving the Ukrainian political prisoners from Russia and the Crimea occupied by Russia! "

Meanwhile, the SBU previously opposed the publication of Savchenko lists for exchange. Meanwhile, Interfax-Ukraine said that even before the publication of Savchenko lists, DPR militants regarded the deputy’s proposals as unacceptable. According to Daria Morozova, the Ombudsman of the DPR, the terrorists are ready to exchange 42 Ukrainians for 527 of their supporters, who, according to them, are held by the Kyiv authorities. “Savchenko once again voiced the proposals that had previously sounded from Kyiv to give us only half of the total number of people held by Kiev, that is, 256 people,” said the “Ombudsman.” “That is, this is not even about the sopamile exchange, but simply about the decision of the Ukrainian authorities to return only half of the persons held, which is unacceptable.”

At the same time, Morozova admitted that in the lists filed by militants for exchange, there are also Russian citizens. “Thus, we insist on the complete return of all persons illegally detained by the Ukrainian authorities, whose whereabouts and personal data are confirmed,” she emphasized.
