The Kiev District Court of Simferopol extended the arrest of four defendants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case. “The term of detention for four children from Bakhchisaray was extended until April 12. Two of them were simply not delivered: Memetov and my client Mamutov. Since they are in a forced psychiatric hospital. In violation of the current legislation, they were still not delivered. The other two (Zevri Abseitov and Rustem Abiltarov) were kept in a “cage” in the courtroom in violation of the convention,” Kurbedinov said.
According to him, the meeting was held in a small hall and part of the audience was not allowed to go there. The lawyer also added that an appeal would be filed against this court ruling, as it was “unfounded”.
