The terrorist Mevlut Altyntash,who killed the Russian ambassador to Turkey, Andrei Karlov at the end of last year, will be buried in an nameless grave in the city cemetery for the homeless in Ankara. This was reported by the Turkish agency Anadolu .

It was assumed that the corpse of a terrorist, shot by law enforcement officers, will be taken away by his relatives. By law, they could do this within 15 days. However, the body of the terrorist has been in the morgist for 24 days, in connection with which a decision was made to burrow it at the state expense.

According to TASS, at present the Turkish authorities have already begun the study of issues related to the tradition of the body of the Earth. After all the procedures, the remains of the terrorist will be transferred for burial to representatives of the municipality.

The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Turkey Andrei Karlov was killed on December 19, 2016 during a speech at the opening of the photo exhibition "Russia from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka through the eyes of a traveler." The 22-year-old police officer Mevlyut Altyntash, who shot him, was liquidated by local security forces.

The Russian Foreign Ministry qualified the attack as a terrorist attack. Karlov was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Russia. The name of the murdered Russian ambassador decided to name the street in Ankara and the hall of the Center for Contemporary Art, where it was killed.
