Stupidity rules the world: the thought is hackneyed, but what is true. Stupidity and bossy zeal. And if we talk about feelings, then they rule the world. Moreover, certainly offended feelings, and here are two examples, similar to the degree of complete indistinguishable. Three -year prescription and the most fresh.
Then, three years ago, the Rain TV channel was cut down from Russian cable networks. On the basis, they cut off that the journalists were carried away by science history and wondered: was it necessary to hold the city of Leningrad and was it not better to give it to the Germans, saving the inhabitants from wholesale blockade deaths? For this, frankly, not quite the correct question (Hitler was not very eager to take the city, and if he had taken, the invaders would probably have taken up massacres) the channel paid in full.
The answer followed immediately. The operators, as having conspired, began to remove the "rain" from their packages on an emergency. St. Petersburg deputies dashed the denunciation to the Prosecutor General. From Roskomnadzor, the postman brought the “preventive letter” to television men with threats to deprive the license later, and Zhirinovsky advised not to hesitate with this matter. The press secretary Peskov claimed that with his survey, the interviewers crossed all the facets of the permissible. The Deputy Minister of Communications Volin called over the overful questioning "idiots."
And the point here was, of course, not that the authorities with the inherent operators of cable networks were deeply versed in the problem and had long solved it for itself. For themselves, the authorities have long solved a different problem: Russia needs an independent television channel or not needed. The authorities got up from the knees, jerking off the weakly resting fellow citizens with a jerk, and in this situation the unpunished existence of the "rain" caused a random among the authorities of those who are in power. It was then that the question of the blockade arrived in time, and the banner of victory, hoisted in those days by some offended Verkholazes over the Rain office, seemed to symbolized the final triumph of the state in a duel with freedom of speech and Russian law.
However, it soon became clear that it is much easier to loot with a banner than to take and cancel the rain. Firstly, the Olympics was approaching, against which even anti-Giyan propaganda, as in Berlin of 1936, had to be temporarily covered, not only to repress the free-loving media. Secondly, the leaders of the "rain" behaved competently in the created conditions. They deleted the question, they apologized to the offended, they made a patriotic marathon to "love their homeland" and, in general, got off easily. A fine as compensation for non -pecuniary damage.
And after, in the summer and autumn of last year, this plot ended finally in the phantasmagoric manner that is typical only for us, for which we love our country - the true Fatherland of the victorious Kafka. First, the best people of Russia, the then head of the Putin administration Ivanov and still employee the Minister of Culture of Medinsky established in St. Petersburg a memorial plaque to Marshal Mannerheim, a prominent participant in the Leningrad blockade. Then, caring citizens doused the board with paint and chopped it with an ax. As a result, the marshal was dismantled, Ivanov was removed, and the story itself became one of the brightest episodes of Russian life in the reports of "Rain".
Now government clouds again hung over the channel, but the trouble came from where they did not wait. Yesterday it became known that, in the framework of the struggle with non -collectors, the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine ordered local providers to stop the relay of rain for a month. Among the reasons are both purely legal, related to violation of advertising legislation and political. Journalists, it turned out, demonstrate the wrong map on which the Crimea belongs to Russia and “place statements” that violate the “territorial integrity of the Ukrainian state” on their air. And they cross the border of the peninsula that sailed into the native harbor from the wrong side.
Actually, this is the same Kafka, but the view from the side, from a neighboring state, as well as again from Moscow, which manifests itself in every way. In the indignant comments of Volodin and Volodinsky slander. In the responses of the same Peskov, who calls , you will not believe, the decision of Kiev by "the continuation of the destructive line of the Ukrainian side." In a statement by Maria Zakharova, who threatens the complaint in the OSCE and with amazing accuracy characterizes this event as a "paradoxical act of censorship." Golden words!
Well, judge for yourself, the only electronic media in Russia, professionally and objectively broadcasting Russian -speaking audience pictures and texts from a neighboring country, starting with the Maidan, will be prohibited in Ukraine in a month. Yes, and in Ukraine too. This is an invaluable gift of Putin, and Peskov, and Lavrov, and Zakharova, and prepare it, carefully pacing the victims of aggression in legal norms. Not that agents of Russian influence that made their way to the Holy of Holy - to the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting. The paradox, and only, and just there are no words to comment on this amazing news, but nevertheless we will gather with the spirit and find the appropriate words.
It is clear that Russia, for them, for Ukrainians, the enemy and their feelings are offended by war and annexation, but we must be able to distinguish hackles from newsletters. Nelyudes from people, obviously or secretly victims of the Anschlus sympathetic and with the last forces trying to convey to the so -called "Russian world" true information. It is clear that the globe of Ukraine is markedly distinguished by outlines from the globe of the Russian Federation, but we must realize in which our journalists work. It is clear that it would be better for them to come to the Crimea from Kyiv, but this is not about saboteurs, but about the journalists of "rain".
About those who inform the society about the situation in certain parts of the world. Sometimes with a risk to life. And if the reporter, take an example from the ceiling, is instructed to describe the Sudeten customs of the 1942 model, then they go there, to the Sudeters, through any available border. In the end, if Ukrainians really strive for Europe, then they should not violate the well -known canons regarding the basics of journalistic work, nor push the few friends and sympathetic in the wild Russia. This is wrong - both with a legal, by the way, points of view, and with political. It is not clear and stupid.
However, it has been said for a long time, already in the first paragraph: stupidity rules the world. Stupid anger, but also stupid departure, which inspires some hopes. The first collision of Marshal Mannerheim, that is, clear evidence of the fact that Russian authorities actually spit on everything and everyone, turned out to the “rain”. Including blockade.
I would like to believe that I will show similar unprinciples, in my own way, the Ukrainian authorities will also show. Realizing the absurdity of the prohibitive resolution and the harm that they do to themselves. They will realize and cancel a stupid decision that can please only gloatingly perplexed enemies.
