The answer followed immediately. The operators, as having conspired, began to remove the "rain" from their packages on an emergency. St. Petersburg deputies dashed the denunciation to the Prosecutor General. From Roskomnadzor, the postman brought the “preventive letter” to television men with threats to deprive the license later, and Zhirinovsky advised not to hesitate with this matter. The press secretary Peskov claimed that with his survey, the interviewers crossed all the facets of the permissible. The Deputy Minister of Communications Volin called over the overful questioning "idiots."

And the point here was, of course, not that the authorities with the inherent operators of cable networks were deeply versed in the problem and had long solved it for itself. For themselves, the authorities have long solved a different problem: Russia needs an independent television channel or not needed. The authorities got up from the knees, jerking off the weakly resting fellow citizens with a jerk, and in this situation the unpunished existence of the "rain" caused a random among the authorities of those who are in power. It was then that the question of the blockade arrived in time, and the banner of victory, hoisted in those days by some offended Verkholazes over the Rain office, seemed to symbolized the final triumph of the state in a duel with freedom of speech and Russian law.

However, it soon became clear that it is much easier to loot with a banner than to take and cancel the rain. Firstly, the Olympics was approaching, against which even anti-Giyan propaganda, as in Berlin of 1936, had to be temporarily covered, not only to repress the free-loving media. Secondly, the leaders of the "rain" behaved competently in the created conditions. They deleted the question, they apologized to the offended, they made a patriotic marathon to "love their homeland" and, in general, got off easily. A fine as compensation for non -pecuniary damage.

And after, in the summer and autumn of last year, this plot ended finally in the phantasmagoric manner that is typical only for us, for which we love our country - the true Fatherland of the victorious Kafka. First, the best people of Russia, the then head of the Putin administration Ivanov and still employee the Minister of Culture of Medinsky established in St. Petersburg a memorial plaque to Marshal Mannerheim, a prominent participant in the Leningrad blockade. Now government clouds again hung over the channel, but the trouble came from where they did not wait. Among the reasons are both purely legal, related to violation of advertising legislation and political. Journalists, it turned out, demonstrate the wrong map on which the Crimea belongs to Russia and “place statements” that violate the “territorial integrity of the Ukrainian state” on their air. And they cross the border of the peninsula that sailed into the native harbor from the wrong side.

Yes, and in Ukraine too. This is an invaluable gift of Putin, and Peskov, and Lavrov, and Zakharova, and prepare it, carefully pacing the victims of aggression in legal norms. About those who inform the society about the situation in certain parts of the world. Sometimes with a risk to life.
