The court returned three more reports to the police on those detained on Constitution Day
On December 27, the Presnensky District Court returned the protocols to the police regarding three detainees in Moscow on Constitution Day - Irina Yatsenko, Mikhail Krieger and Elena Zakharova. Irina Yatsenko reported this to OVD-Info on January 13. The protocols were drawn up under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Protocols were not drawn up against Viktor Kapitonov, Natalya Netishinskaya and Zlata Semyonova, Yatsenko specified. A collective complaint about illegal detention was sent to the prosecutor's office.
On December 25, the court returned the files of ten more detainees to the police.
On December 12, 15 people were detained for reading the "conceptual Constitution" at the White House.
