All those detained on the evening of January 12 during the reading of the "conceptual Constitution" on Chistoprudny Boulevard in Moscow were released from the Basmanny police department.
Protocols were drawn up against Vadim Shmelev and Stanislav Belyansky under the fifth part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provides for a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles or up to 40 hours of compulsory work for participants in public events that took place with violations.
Whether protocols on an administrative offense were also drawn up against the detainees, Irina Yatsenko and Sergei Ozhich, is unknown, since they left the police station after the three hours allotted by law had passed from the moment of detention.
UPD. As defender Yevgeny Antokhin said, the protocols under the fifth part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses were also drawn up for Yatsenko and Ozhich. The documents were drawn up in their absence - the defender assumes that witnesses confirmed the detainees' refusal to sign in these protocols.
