In Moscow, at the monument to Griboedov near the Pure Prudy metro station, detentions were held at the popular gathering, the detained activist Vladimir Zalushchak reports on Twitter. In total, about 40 people were detained.

According to eyewitnesses, the police burst into the crowd and rudely detained people directly at the direction of the deputy head of the department for ensuring mass events of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Administrative District Alexander Makhonin. Among the detainees are Mark Halperin, Alexander Makarov, Yuri Gorsky, Roman Kovalev. The police also detained several provocateurs from pro -Kremlin organizations.

One of the detainees, Muscovite Lyudmila Nikitina, became bad in Avtosak. She was called an ambulance.

About 50 people gathered at the monument to Griboedov. The main topics of the gathering are the requirement of coordination of the "anti -crisis rally No. 1" and the support of political prisoners, including Ildar Dadin.

The detained activists were taken to the Police of the Basmann and Meshchansky police. By evening, most detainees were released by conducting "preventive conversations" with some of them. Gorsky was released after drawing up a protocol under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for a public event). In addition to 20.2, Halperin is charged with article 19.3 (non -compliance with the legal requirement of a police officer). He is the only detainees who are left in the police at night.

On December 3, in Moscow, at the national gathering at the main entrance to VDNH, three activists were detained , including Gorsky. About 100 people participated in the gathering. It was carried out without attributes, posters and sound amplifying equipment. According to the organizers, therefore, the gathering is not a public action requiring the coordination of the capital's authorities.

The gathering is carried out on the site of the "anti -crisis rally No. 1" not agreed by the authorities. "The essence of the question: on December 3, the authorities wrapped the authorities under a far -fetched pretext. Officials violated their own FZ No. 54 law on mass events, did not offer an alternative platform and did not communicate with us in the office at all - we issued a refusal in the corridor. We submitted three more applications for the 10th and also wrapped them up. This is a legal uncertain!" - noted one of the organizers of the gathering Ivan Beletsky.

As a result, the organizers decided to draw a gathering. They protest against the refusal to agree on the intended action.
