The police banned the bike ride of Ded Morozov and Snegurochka in the center of St. Petersburg. They threatened the assembled with detention if the column moved at the same time.

After discussing the situation, the participants decided to drive through the streets of the city in small groups of 10-20 people, without violating the rules of the road.

In total, according to the Fontanka correspondent, from 100 to 200 people gathered for the event.

• On January 8, a winter bike parade took place in Moscow. The event was held despite the 25-degree frost. For 500 cyclists, the streets in the central part of the city were blocked.
