Mark Galperin was left at the police station overnight

Mark Galperin was left at the Basmanny police station overnight. Two protocols were drawn up against him - on the organization of an uncoordinated event (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences) and on disobedience to the legal demand of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Hearings on administrative cases should take place in the Basmanny District Court on January 15 from 10:00.

Galperin is the only participant in the public gathering at the Chistye Prudy metro station, who was left overnight at the police station. Besides him, the protocol (under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) was drawn up only against Yuri Gorsky.
