On January 12 in Arkhangelsk, the trial of Oleg Kodola began. Kodol is a guide known on Solovki, director of the excursion bureau, blogger and (as he writes about himself in LiveJournal) the outrage. Last summer, Codola published a video recorded in a bathhouse at one of the Solovetsky hotels. At the table, in towels and with beer, Mikhail Magid (director of the Solovetsky multifunctional center, which is in charge of municipal lands) and Evgeny Tyutyukov (then - deputy head of the regional agency for the development of the archipelago, and now the mayor of Solovkov) are sitting. They discuss how not to let on the Solovetsky berths "who is not necessary."

“I have two or three businesses with Drobyshev ( local entrepreneur. - Ed. ). Touching me is to touch him, ”says Magid, drinking from a large mug. - Now we are taking Heta. I suggested the school lip, he agrees to pick up. If Tamarin, take a pier, I don’t need to look for anyone. I will put it there. And we have all three pier: Heta, Tamarin and Monastic. I come to Porfiry ( the governor of the Solovetsky Monastery; he is also the director of the historical and architectural museum-reserve. - Ed. ) And I say: “Father Porfiry, you know, I don’t let the codole into a single pier.” Father Porfiry will say: "Well, Mikhail Lazarevich, God helped." And I say: "But is it possible that God help us not to let anyone into the monastery?"

Several times they mention Roman Viktorovich-the former vice-governor of the Arkhangelsk region, and at the time of shooting the head of the agency for the development of Solovki Roman Balashov. In the fall of 2016, Balashov went to work in the presidential administration, but, according to Novaya Gazeta, continues to oversee what is happening on Solovki. It is known about Balashov that he was a graduate of Moscow State University and RAGS, served in the FSB, to the Arkhangelsk region held a high post in the leadership of the Perm Territory, as well as a deep man. (So, in the “Farewell” interview of Balashov, they asked what was included in the official duties of the Solovkov agency for the development of Solovki. The official replied: “I would like to start with the fact that people, getting into the agency, are usually churching.”)

The video was made in the summer of 2015. (The banner Popruzhuk claims that he installed a webcam for security. And when he heard that Magid and Tyutyukov were discussing the codola familiar to him, recorded the conversation and handed it to Oleg.) Kodol decided to publish a video after access to Heta's berth was really limited-blocked by the fence. Together with private boats.

The guide turned to the prosecutor's office. She demanded that the Solovkov administration remove the fence and bring Magis to disciplinary responsibility. At the same time, the prosecutor’s office did not see anything in the video itself (his codola also sent to the organs). But Magid and Tyutyukov wrote statements on the code, because they (I quote the indictment) “are depicted in the premises of the bath in partially naked form, drinking alcohol and using non -normative vocabulary during communication, which is their personal secret.” And since “these persons are known in the village of Solovetsky and the dissemination of this information can discredit them in the eyes of the public”, the Codola committed the crime under Part 1 of Art. 137 of the Criminal Code. He faces a fine, correctional work or arrest up to four months.

It is even surprising that Kodola has the first court. In Moscow, he, perhaps, would have been attributed to him for a long time some extremism. For several years, the code has been producing the newspaper "on Solovki". He calls her "battle leaf." Explains: “My style is quite sting. Somewhere even boorish. I published newspapers not only on magida and Tyutyukov. I wrote about Balashov. He released "battle leaflets" with jokes to the arrival of the Patriarch. "

Kodol himself from Vorkuta. It has been working on solo since 2002. At first he was a factory department in the museum. Then he opened the "office" with his wife. The confrontation with the monastery and the Solovetsky authorities began when the codola was published by the guide "History of the Solovetsky Archipelago". Says: "Letters of the Orthodox flew."

In 2011, Balashov appeared on Solovki and at first even invited Kodol to talk. As one of the leaders of public opinion. “He made my proposals to the Solovkov Development Program (the device of the tent camp and the organization of pedestrian trails with tourist sites). But after he went to Porfiry, he crossed everything, Oleg recalls. - And then it went: they terminated all the contracts with us, they took advertising. I ask: why? They answer: "Roman Viktorovich called us."

Kodola believes that over five years, the Solovkov Development Agency (with a budget of about 100 million rubles a year) did nothing on the archipelago: “The bathhouse is unfinished, the club is destroyed, there are no roads.” The guide is sure that on Solovki they are trying to repeat the “Valaam model” - to create an Orthodox reserve where an independent business and non -marginal guides do not need. And the inhabitants seem to be not needed. Publishing the video, the code once again tried to attract attention to this.

“They will condemn, they will not condemn - it is not so important. I want the people to see how to do this, ”says Kodola. - At the same time, I am not going to guard the nightingale around the clock and poke everyone with my nose. I have my own business, I will not spend time on this. I’m writing on the blog that I am not Navalny or Nevzorov. For me, priests and officials are a hobby, not a profession. ”

Dmitry ANSHUKOV, Codola's defender in this process, insists on full -time interrogation of Magid and Tyutyukov. “We would like to know from them what a personal secret is. Are they never on the beach in a half -naked form? Or never drunk beer in public? Or did not swear obscene with outsiders? " - the lawyer is surprised. Probably, for such an interrogation, the court will have to organize an exit meeting on Solovki. Codola has already caught fire to arrange an idea from this: “We have an assembly hall there for a hundred!”

Mikhail Lazarevich, after working in a private setting, tells me about his desires, while really no authority to fulfill his desires without possessing. He could just as successfully argue that he wanted to become the president of Armenia. The video says that we, as residents of the Arkhangelsk region, are not very satisfied with the historical and geographical context that we have developed with Karelia. That the main flow of tourists goes through Karelia. But the desire of Mikhail Lazarevich somehow put it there does not indicate that he realizes his intentions. He has a normal desire - and no one forbids him - to make money. The law has not been established. He is not an official. Accordingly, he is looking for sources.

I have a positive attitude to Oleg, but I want to prove that he is wrong. People have a family, friends, image. I do not insist on severe punishment, it is simply important for me to establish the fact of a violation.
