The defenders of the accused - Zaura Dadaev, Anzor Gubashev, Shadid Gubashev, Temirlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev continued their evidence. Reading the jury data on Eskerkhanov’s flights, for some reason the lawyer began with Dadaev and Geremeyev (the deputy commander of the North battalion, is in the status of a witness, although the family of the murdered politician considers him the main organizer of the murder), which flew on March 1, 2015 from Vnukovo to Grozny. Ruslan Mukhudinov (driver of Geremeyev, he was charged with an absentee case of organizing the murder of Nemtsov, his whereabouts were officially unknown for the investigation) left on March 3. Anzor Gubashev and Beslan Shavanov (who died in Grozny during the detention) - February 28. Eskerkhanov, on February 2, flew from Domodedovo to Grozny, he flew there on January 21 and February 17, 2015. The defendant confirmed this information.

- We are interested in where Eskerkhanov was from February 3 to 16, when the first pipes at the Nemtsov house were recorded, which later found, and the prosecutor Semenenko showed the jury with the dates when the phones were activated. The amount of recovery for previous years was reduced from 5.9 to 4.6 million rubles, but the court supported the claim in terms of surcharges. This decision stood in the Republican Supreme Court . However, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation canceled all this. “The regional branch of the Fund is the successor of the employer-the Dubrava state farm for the obligations of social insurance,” the court decision says, but it “is not responsible for its civil law obligations”.

Magomed Ozdoev is sure that the judges of the Armed Forces did not take into account the clarification of the Constitutional Court, which reports: “The rights of insured to compensate for harm in the part exceeding insurance security are not limited.”

The case was returned to a new consideration by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Ingushetia .
