Ivan Sharavin, Boris Kazadaev and Marina Lebedeva were detained on the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge on January 16 near the Boris Nemtsov memorial. This was reported to OVD-Info by activist Andrey Margulev. According to him, the police were called by a security guard who was there. At first, the detainees were told that they would have to write explanations to the police department, but then, as Margulev said from their words, they were accused in the Kitai-Gorod police department of holding a picket on the bridge.
Ivan Sharavin confirmed to OVD-Info that the police had promised them to draw up protocols on the picket against them and to submit the materials of their administrative files to the court. According to him, each of them simply came to honor the memory of Boris Nemtsov, who was killed on the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge on February 27, 2015.
Previously, the arrests of activists on duty on the bridge were mostly carried out without drawing up protocols: the activists were informed that a report of an offense had been received, they wrote explanations, and in the meantime, Gormost employees took away the flowers and photographs brought to the memorial. In this case, according to activists, the memorial was not touched.
