Protocols were drawn up against those detained at the Nemtsov memorial, and they were released from the police department

at Detainees the Boris Nemtsov memorial on the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge, Ivan Sharavin, Boris Kazadaev and Marina Lebedev, were charged with violating the procedure for holding public events (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), accusing them of holding a picket. After drawing up the protocol, they were released from the Kitai-Gorod police department. Court hearings are due on January 26 at the Tverskoy District Court.

According to Sharavin, who is regularly on duty at the Nemtsov memorial, there was no picket. She and Lebedeva were just at the memorial, Lebedeva brought a thermos to those on duty, and Kazadaev passed by and came up to honor the memory of Nemtsov.
