After this incident, I turned to the duty officer of the operage, but he said that there was no reason for concern and he was against being close to the insulator due to ensuring my safety.

Today, January 08, 2017, in the morning, at 7-00, I came to watch with a request to ensure my safety and put me in the insulator, as required by the law on the internal routine of the colony. After waiting for the leadership of the colony for two hours, I was called to the office to the deputy head of the colony Kuleshov Denis Sergeyevich. He was visited by Abdurakhmanov M.R. And apparently he introduced me as a malicious violator of the regime. I understand that the leadership of the colony is afraid to fulfill its responsibilities to ensure the security of concluding by placing in the isolator - after all, then you need to report this incident about this incident, and a person, while in the isolation ward, can freely tell the inspectors what is happening in the colony. Video cameras are always installed in the schizo and it is impossible to beat the prisoner.

Now about the essence of my conflict with Abdurahmanov M.R.

A little more than a month ago, he was put in fact the head of our detachment, although there was no official order. He began to be in our detachment almost all of his working time, and our head of the grandchildren of I.A. He began to be in detachment No. 1.

The first thing that Abdurakhmanov introduced is a physical punishment for all the slightest offenses and shortcomings in behavior. Every day, 5-10 prisoners began to receive a stick on the legs or buttocks. 3 strokes for a poorly seasoned bed, delay, a bad system when moving and for much more.

Naturally, he also collected new “activists” from among the convicts, through whom he began to restore order, and who, in his absence, followed the others and also began to beat them at the direction of Abdurahmanov M.R.

Naturally, I began to protest against the use of physical violence and intimidation of convicts. Yes, personally, he is afraid to apply physical impact to me, realizing that I will immediately write a statement to the prosecutor’s office on it.

Then he ordered buckwheat A. in every possible way to prevent my work in the colony and my life in the hut. Create situations when I could get a reprimand or be placed in an insulator.

Why did this pressure begin?

What is this? Personal hostility or order of those corrupt officials that I fought with? I just filed an application for parole, as he immediately received a reprimand! I warned that after the New Year I was fired for pardon, how the maximum pressure began on me and the threats of my life.

Among other things, Abdurakhmanov said several times that he prohibits the detachment to submit applications for UDO through free lawyers. That everything should go only through him, otherwise he will write bad characteristics to everyone and the court will not let anyone go.

Why is he doing this? Is this not a violation of the basic protection rights?

There is only one answer: he hints that you need to agree with him, obey and knock on others or give bribes.

And I naturally interfere with him, since I am campaigning so that the prisoners hire themselves lawyers and appeal the refusals in the courts.

IK-3, Logova, the worst colony according to the indicators of the parole of prisoners in Russia. Here, people work as hard labor in different jobs and at the same time 1 out of 4 people are officially employed. Is this not slavery? Where is the money going? Who is on bets?

In 2015, out of 1,500 convicts, only 57 people were released ahead of schedule, and the average term remained 4 months, which the person reduced to himself.

In 2016, the situation improved slightly, but instead of the release of exemptions for 1/3, ½ deadline, people sit ¾.

In the colony, there is a practice of failure to provide practically no thanks and even more than the vacations laid down by law. But there is a free hard labor and beating for all the provisions.

There is no medicine, but this is not a problem, the trouble is that the administration prevents the relatives themselves to convey them to the convict.

Linen lice flourish in the colony, but they don’t put anyone in the hospital for a dignity. Moreover, in September - October 2016, the administration sent as punishment to work in the dining room for a sink of dishes of a convicted person with an open form of tuberculosis and he did not live separately, but with other in general hut. How many people have become infected now, no one knows.

In the colony periodically, mass fights or beatings of convicts other convicts arise. But all this is hidden, and in order not to fix violations they prohibit the beaten to seek medical help to the medical unit. What impunity leads to - you yourself understand - to even more stringent crimes, to mass violence, extortion of money among prisoners.

People cannot work without an incentive to be faster. Therefore, the colony has the minimum labor productivity and there are no prospects for improving life in it.

I was offered remote work on writing texts, the company sent an offer to the colony readily pay me 20,000 rubles monthly. The country has a crisis, colony is transferred to self -sufficiency. There is no such work in the colony and my salary is now 3800 rubles, and I have 5 minor children whom I could help, but no! The colony refused!

As they told me that they have no desire to bother with extra documents, and that I will have big troubles if I appeal their decision in court or prosecutor's office.

IK-3, Logova is a swamp! Where everything is insanely irrational and ineffective. It is hard to believe, but cleaning the planted crop of carrots and beets, they started in the month of October and removed it even after snow falling - in December. Naturally, 50–70% of vegetables were spoiled.

So what should I do?

Silently watch how the weak and innocent are beaten? How do people work slaves? How does the incentive and early release system not work?

Wait and hope that it will carry me? That they will not touch me?

No, I'm not a coward!

I have pride, and I'm not afraid to oppose the system alone. I understand that my calm life in the colony is put on the map, and rather, if not life, then health.

This swamp must be shaken!

I was asked not to intervene ... They refused to close it out of considerations, which means that they can substitute me at any time - to come up with another reprimand and close it in a schizo, like a malicious offender.

Therefore, I turn to everyone for help! If something happens to me, then only you can help by illuminating the events as much as possible and what is happening in the colony.
