The Krasnodar Regional Court lost the complaint of the artist and activist Aleksey Knedlyakovsky against arrest in the case of installing a wooden cross on the monument to Felix Dzerzhinsky. As Knedlyavsky told Mediazone, on January 18 it turned out that the complaint against the decision of the court of first instance, filed by lawyer Alexander Popkov on December 27, was missing from the case file.
On Wednesday, January 18, consideration of the complaint against the decision on 15 days of arrest of Knedlyavsky for an action on the day of the Chekist was scheduled. At the same time, a complaint was to be considered, which was later filed by the activist himself. However, due to the loss of another document, the judge adjourned the meeting.
As Popkov said , in court he was offered to independently look for an unexamined complaint in the office.
