Activists Nikolai Kasyan and Alexander Turovsky, detained for single pickets near the Presidential Administration, left the China-Gorod police department. As lawyer Vitaly Seerukanov told the OVD-INFO, protocols on violations of the procedure for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) were drawn up on both on February 1.
Single pickets were dedicated to the case of Kirovles, instituted at Alexei Navalny and Pyotr Officerov, who is currently being considered in the Leninsky court of Kirov.
Serukanov also said that while Kasyan and Turovsky were in the police department, a certain employee in civilian clothes came to them, who asked them questions about the record that they were familiar with Navalny, as well as with the former governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, placed in a pre -trial detention center in the case of receiving a bribe.
When detained by Nikolai Kasyan, they rudely grabbed the phone. Kasyan wrote a statement in this regard. According to Serukanov, the police officer explained that he had grabbed the phone, because he did not want to be filmed.
