Extension of house arrest for Dmitry Demushkin recognized as legal

The Moscow City Court recognized as lawful the extension of the term of house arrest for Dmitry Demushkin, co-chairman of the Ethno-Political Association “Russians”, until February 21. This is reported by Moskovsky Komsomolets.

Demushkin is accused of inciting hatred for posting a photograph of a banner from the Russian March on the VKontakte social network.
