On January 20, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Murmansk returned to the police the materials of the case of who was detained Tatyana Kulbakina, the day before at a rally in memory of Markelov and Baburova. This is reported by the portal "7 × 7".
The activist is charged with part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - violation of the established order of picketing by the organizer of a public event - the police considered her to be the organizer of the picket.
The meeting was scheduled for 14:00, but it did not start for a long time, after which they announced the postponement. “We don't know the motives yet. I believe that the police failed to draw up a protocol and formalize the case in such a way that the court would consider them. It is about the procedural aspects of the case. We expect that the case will be formed already in a normal form and once again submitted to the court for consideration on the merits. The statute of limitations for this type of violation is one year, so within a year, police officers have a chance to learn how to draw up administrative protocols and accuse Kulbakina of committing an administrative offense, ”said Kulbakina’s lawyer, lawyer Alexander Peredruk.
