76-year-old activist from St. Petersburg, Igor Stepanovich Andreev (“Stepanych”), was detained on January 19 for a poster “Killed: Stanislav Markelov, Nastya Baburova. Let's not forget, we won't forgive" was released from the police department a few hours later. Whether a protocol was drawn up is still unknown.
