Five detainees were released, the minor was taken to a special detention center

Five detainees on January 19 at the March against xenophobia in Moscow were released, having drawn up protocols on them under part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Violation of the established procedure for holding a march by a participant in a public event) - presumably for allegedly covering their faces during the rally, although activists claim that they are not persons closed. And the minor was taken to the Temporary Detention Center for Juvenile Offenders in Altufyevo, since her parents live in another city. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline.

The detainees were not given the protocols, they were told to come to the police department for subpoenas on Monday. At the same time, they were kept in the department longer than the three hours prescribed for the imputed administrative offense.
