The judge of the Korenovsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory, Elena Ermolaeva, appointed Nina Popova as the head of the agricultural enterprise "SPER" 40 hours of compulsory work under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure for organizing or conducting a public event). This was reported by the publication "Voice of the Kuban."
On the lands of the Spheres close to the federal highway of Krasnodar-Rostov-on-Don, a banner was placed with the image of the football players and the inscription "Judicial mafia-from the fields!"
On Thursday, a large group of police officers dismantled and took a banner. At the same time, the police did not find any participants in the public event near the banner.
On the same day, Popova arrived at the police department in the Korenovsky district in order to submit an application for the theft of a banner belonging to the enterprise. However, the police detained her, accusing her of conducting an inconsistent action. The statement of the crime was gone.
Popov, the mother of three minor children, kept a day in a special reception. The trial of it took place only on Friday in the evening. "There is reason to believe that the delay in the court was organized specifically to exert moral pressure on Popova," the publication notes.
In connection with the illegal actions of the police on behalf of LLC “SFRA” addressed to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika, chairman of the Investigative Committee of Alexander Bastrykin, Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev and the head of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov were sent to conduct an audit regarding the fact of the detention of Popova.
“There is reason to believe that the facts of the police and judicial arbitrariness in relation to Nina Popova were caused by the imaginary of the chairman of the Korenovsky District Court, Vladimir Zakharenko, who considered the sports banner placed on the fields of LLC SFRA, addressed to him personally,” the Kuban voice notes. Popova and representatives of other agricultural enterprises of the district repeatedly accused Zakharenko of assisting the adoption of corruption court decisions aimed at raider seizures of agricultural land in favor of interested parties related to officials.
Meanwhile, at the photograph published by the publication next to the subsequently seized banner, another one is visible - with a portrait of Vladimir Putin and the inscription "Our President". Whether he called the police claims, is not reported.
The raider seizures of land became the main reason for the protests of the Kuban farmers. In August, they organized the "Tractor March". Its participants sought a meeting with Putin, hoping to tell him about their problems. However, on August 23, all participants in the action were detained . The courts sentenced them to fines and arrests for terms of 5 to 10 days.
The participants in the farm protests were severe pressure . All activists were summoned to the control of extremism and to the police department for certain criminal cases.
