The head of the agricultural enterprise in the Krasnodar Territory was convicted for the inconsistent banner

The head of the agricultural enterprise "Sphere" in the Krasnodar Territory Nina Popova was convicted of 40 hours of compulsory work under Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event) for the fact that the agricultural lands of the “sphere” placed a banner with the inscription “Judicial mafia - from the fields!”. This was reported on January 21 by the Voice of the Kuban.

A banner with images of football balls and legs of football players was dismantled with the participation of a large number of police officers and taken from the territory of LLC Sphere. At the same time, there was not a single person besides him, besides the police themselves. Since the banner is the property of the enterprise, Popova went to the police to submit an application for the embezzlement of property - there she was detained, accusing her of organizing a public event in the form of a banner. Popova spent a day in a special reception, and the next day the court recognized the claims of police officers as legal. A statement about the crime regarding the loss of a banner, according to representatives of the police, was gone.

No evidence that the inconsistent event was generally presented. The Voice of the Kuban suggests that the acute reaction of the authorities to hanging the banner is associated with the identity of the chairman of the Korenovsky District Court Vladimir Zakharenko, who, perhaps, perceived the phrase “judges - from the fields” as personally addressed to him. Nina Popova and representatives of other Kuban enterprises have repeatedly accused Zakharenko of making corruption court decisions in favor of raiders who participated in the departure of lands among farmers and related to officials of the region.

Recall that the main reason for the protest promotion of the Kuban farmers in August 2016 was precisely raider seizures of land and indifference of local authorities to this problem.
