Dubai Civil Defense Service showed Dolphin fire extinguishing the fire extinguishing system. With its help, a fireman can reach the scene of the incident by water, and then fly to a fire with a brandpoit.
"Dolphin" consists of two elements - a hydraulic cycle and a hoverboard. The second is a board that throws out powerful jets of water and thanks to this soars in the air. In the demonstration video, the firefighter swims to the bridge and, taking off, extinguishes a burning car. The Dolphin system can also be used to extinguish fires on ships and coastal houses.
The media claim that firefighters use a reactive satchel, but this is not so: a jet is attached behind their backs, and a hoverboard to the legs. In 2015, the Dubai authorities ordered 20 jettracks for rescue operations on skyscrapers.
