Belyalov refused to admit his guilt and emphasized in court that he did not participate in the action, but met with other residents of Bakhchisaray to discuss the incident - without posters and slogans and without interfering with the passage of transport.

As Lilya Demerdzhi, who represented the interests of Belyalov, told the publication, the judge rejected all motions of the defense, including calling witnesses. The defense intends to appeal the accusatory decision of the court.

Osman Belyalov became the sixth person involved in the meeting in Bakhchisarai on May 12th.
