Del family returned one of the adoptive daughters

The family of Mikhail and Svetlana del, in whom the officials of the guardianship took 10 adopted children on January 13, returned one of the daughters - Polina. This was announced on his FB page as lawyer Ivan Pavlov, who, together with colleagues in "team 29" represents the interests of the family. In the morning, Svetlana del del, along with the relatives and lawyer of the “team 29” Anna Fomina, took the girl out of the shelter.

The day before, Pavlov reported that the officials agreed to transfer two children, Polina and Peter, under the preliminary custody of her grandmother - the mother of Svetlana Del. The lawyer explained to Interfax that his grandmother lives in St. Petersburg, local officials have already examined her apartment and recognized her suitable for children.

However, with the return of Peter, problems arose. In the shelter, the boy fell ill with bilateral pneumonia, but left without treatment for two days. Only on Sunday he was sent from a shelter to the hospital. The boy is in a state of moderate severity.

Pavlov and his colleagues found a good clinic to transfer Peter there, but the hospital administration behaved, in the words of the lawyer, "very strange." “Instead of evaluating the possibility of transportation based on medical indicators, the hospital began to coordinate this issue with officials,” he explained. “The deputy head of the capital’s social protection department forbade transporting the child from the hospital.” Which of the nine officials holding such a position is meant, the lawyer did not specify.

"We are looking for an independent pulmonologist who could give an objective conclusion on the possibility of the transportation of Petit to another medical institution. We will be grateful for the readiness of the doctors to respond," the lawyer concluded.

Meanwhile, on Monday, a fragment from the speech of psychologist Irina Medvedeva was published on the network, who participated in the examination on the question of whether adoptive children can be kept in the Del family, and gave a negative conclusion. In this fragment, Medvedev gives recommendations regarding how to beat the children correctly.

The businessman Family Family in 2014 moved from St. Petersburg to Moscow. Now she lives in Zelenograd - the metropolitan exclus in the Moscow Region. The family has 13 children. One of them is native, 12 - adoptive: four are adopted, for another eight, custody has been decorated. Some of the children are infected with HIV, a few suffer from cerebral palsy.

On January 10, the kindergarten workers found a bruise in one of the HIV-infected children, who considered the beatings. They turned to the police and guardianship authorities. On the 13th, officials of the guardianship authorities took 10 children from the Del family , eight of which HIV-infected are, and placed in a shelter.

On January 15, the family of the family was engaged in the "team 29". Two days later, lawyers appealed to the Zelenograd District Court of Moscow the removal of children. They also sent requests for documents on the provision of documents on the basis of which children were taken from the family.

Meanwhile, on January 18, the police opened against dividing the case under Article 116 of the Criminal Code (beatings), which provides for up to two years of the colony. In this regard, the guardianship authorities terminated the guardianship agreement with the family. At the same time, as noted by the lawyer of the “team 29” Evgeny Smirnov, the businessman rejects suspicion of beating children. “In this family, violence has never been used, both parents are against violence,” the lawyer emphasized.

The metropolitan head of the Investigative Committee on the 13th began a preliminary investigation on the media report on the actions of guardianship. On January 19, the agency announced that following the results of the audit, the case was opened under Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code (negligence), which provides for up to a year of work or up to three months of arrest. According to the Investigative Committee, the Del family did not create "the necessary conditions for living and developing children", and officials did not reveal this in a timely manner.
