The Tambov Regional Court confirmed the decision to transfer the leader of the Russian Astrakhan movement Igor Stenin, sentenced to a two-year term in the case of extremism, from a colony-settlement to a general regime colony. This was announced on Tuesday by the "Caucasian Knot" with reference to Alexander Strebkov, the lawyer of Politzek.
The decision to tighten the Politsyk of the verdict was issued on November 28, 2016, the judge of the Kirsanovsky district court of the Tambov region Nadezhda Korolev on the proposal of the KP-2 administration in the village of Sadovy. The Fsinovites announced a 51-year-old stenin by a malicious violator of the regime, indicating that in less than three months of imprisonment a number of penalties were imposed on him.
At the consideration of the appeal, the judge, in particular, indicated that the penalties that gave the FSINCI the reason to declare Stenin a malicious violator of the regime, did not appeal the political prisoner. The convicted person himself objected that he had no opportunity to do this, since he was actually all the time either at the stage or in a schizo. However, the judge, like other arguments of Stenin and his lawyer, ignored this argument.
Meanwhile, after the decision of the Koroleva, Strebkov said, the penalties were no longer imposed on the political prisoner.
The lawyer also said that the ECHR was awarded a complaint about the verdict of Stenin.
In turn, another lawyer of the Politsek, Tatyana Ivanushkin, told the publication that another complaint was sent to the Supreme Court - to refuse to transfer Stenin’s cassation appeal to the Presidium of the Astrakhan Regional Court. The refusal decision was made on October 26, 2016.
The FSB was initiated against Stenin in January 2015. The activist was charged with part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism via the Internet). The reason for the opening of the case was a post that Stenin, who performs on Vkontakte under the pseudonym Ingvar Stefan, published on August 28, 2014, in the midst of the offensive of Russian troops on Mariupol, in the VK group ROA Russian Astrakhan (from 14 to 88). The post consisted of only two phrases: "Death to the Kremlin invaders! Hands from Ukraine!"
The plot of the case was fabricated at the same time - the activist, along with his text, was shed and another. Directly under the post of Stenin is the commentary of the user Sergey Romanov. Romanov copied a small text about the situation in the ATO zone, placed on the same day on a personal FB page by Ukrainian journalist Peter Shuklinov, and also gave a link to the original publication.
The process of Stenin was led by the judge of the Soviet district court of Astrakhan Lilia Lisitskaya. The hearings were held closed. At the trial, as well as in the investigation, Stenin emphasized that under his post above Romanov’s commentary there were likes, which would be impossible if the post and comment was one publication. He petitioned for introducing his correspondence with the VKontakte support service to the case file. Support agents confirmed that Stenin’s post and Romanov’s commentary are two different notes. However, the judge Lisitskaya refused the application.
On May 16, 2016, Lisitskaya sentenced Stenin to the two years of the penal colony . On July 28, the judge of the Astrakhan regional court Adil Tagirova confirmed this sentence .
On September 9, Stenin arrived to serve the deadline for a section of the colony-settlement under the IK-10 general regime in Astrakhan. Almost immediately, the Fsinovites fabricated against him the accusation of storing a mobile phone and sent to a schizo. In addition, the political prisoner was put on a professional science. Finally, on September 27, IK-10 filed a motion to tighten the stenin of the sentence. However, then the paper was withdrawn, since the Politzeck was illegally transferred to the Tambov region . The reasons for the translation were not explained.
On November 7, Stenin arrived in the Tambov KP-2. Two days later, on the 9th, he was sent to the schizo for the first time, and on November 21 - on the second. According to Politzek, from September 9 to November 20, he "spent a total of 42 days in a schizo and transit chambers."
