Detained on January 24, one of the organizers of the Russian March, Dmitry Melash, spent the night in the police, on the evening of January 25 he was fined 2,000 rubles and released in the courtroom. Melash was charged with distributing extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for posting a video of a Skype conversation posted on a social network, during which Dmitry Melash was wearing a T-shirt with the symbols of the Azov Battalion. Recently, this symbolism was recognized as extremist.
