The protocols were fabricated to Saliev under part 1 of Article 20.3 (public demonstration of extremist symbols) and 20.29 of the Russian Administrative Code (distribution of extremist materials). Each of the articles provides for up to 15 days of arrest.
After lunch in Russia controlled by the Bakhchisarai district court of Crimea, the consideration of the cases of Saliev began. The activist is defended by lawyer Auder Azamatov. After that, citizens began to flock to the houses of the suspects.
The protocol was fabricated on Saliev under Article 20.2 of the Russian Administrative Code (organization of a public event without approval). The Bakhchisarai district court fined the involved 20 thousand rubles. On August 23, the judge of the Supreme Court of the annexed Crimea Vladimir Agin left the resolution of the district court in force.
