In the annexed Bakhchisarai, activist of the Crimean Tatar National Movement Seyran Saliev and Simferopol lawyer Emil Kurbedinov were detained. This is reported by local sources.

As journalist Elvina Seitbullaev wrote on her FB page, in the morning Salieva’s apartment in Bakhchisarai appeared with a search of the FSB. “There are several dozens of armed people in the yard,” the journalist noted.

At the hearing, Shambasov filed a motion for the introduction to the case of other posts placed by a Facebook lawyer in 2012-2013. According to the policeman, these publications have the symbolism of Hizb Ut-Tahrir, IG and Jabhat al-Nusra (the current Jabhat Fatam Esh-Sham). However, Belinchuk rejected the petition.

Kurbedinov himself said that he would partially admit guilt. He explained that Hizb Ut-Tahrir acts legally in Ukraine, and he himself had long forgotten about his publication. “If the CPE employees informed me that this entry was violating the law, I would immediately delete it,” the lawyer assured.

He asked Belinchuk not to arrest him, but to limit himself to a fine.

On August 8, 2016, Belinchuk arrested for 15 days the stolen FSB Evgeny Panov and Andrei Zachtey - future defendants in the case of "Ukrainian saboteurs" - on a fabricated charges of petty hooliganism. At the same time, she grossly violated the Russian law, having examined the cases of both stolen in one meeting. Investigations on administrative offenses should be carried out separately in relation to each involved.

On November 7, Belinchuk decided to deport the coordinator of the resistance of the Crimean Tatars Nedim Khalilov to Uzbekistan .
