The Tver court returned the case files of those detained at the Nemtsov memorial to the police

Today, January 26, in the Tverskoy Court, hearings were held on administrative cases of Ivan Sharavin, Boris Kazadaev and Marina Lebedeva, who were detained at the people's memorial of Boris Nemtsov. On protocols on violation of the procedure for holding public events (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against three detainees January 16, police officers of the Kitai-Gorod police department drew up on Bolshoy Zamoskvoretsky Bridge on Bolshoi Zamoskvoretsky Bridge, accusing them of holding a picket. At the same time, there was no picket at the time of detention Ivan Sharavin, who was regularly on duty on the bridge, was at that moment near the memorial along with Marina Lebedeva, who brought a thermos to those on duty, and Boris Kazadaev passed by and came up to honor the memory of Nemtsov.

Judge Olga Zatomskaya today decided to return the materials of the cases of Sharavin and Kazadaev to the police. In the Lebedeva case, Judge Alesya Orekhova made a similar decision.

At the same time, Andrei Margulev, the defender of the detainees, was refused permission to go to court because he is a stateless person and does not have a passport. At the same time, he has a residence permit and relevant documents. Margulev wrote a statement, which was not accepted, but was nevertheless allowed to enter the court.
