
The Novosibirsk authorities are preparing to recognize the documents for which the support of refugees from the eastern regions of Ukraine turned out to be lost. The relevant draft government decree and the order of the governor were prepared by the Ministry of Social Development.
According to current documents, refugees in the Novosibirsk Region were supposed to be free accommodation at temporary accommodation points, travel in public transport, meals at the rate of 800 rubles per day, and a one -time payment of 1000 rubles per person.
“In 2017, it is not provided for the allocation of funds from the federal budget from the federal budget for the financial support of measures for the temporary social arrangement of citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons who were permanently residing in Ukraine who arrived in the territory of the Russian Federation in an emergency and located at temporary accommodation points,” said Taiga. Kuchin.
In 2017, all temporary accommodation points in the Novosibirsk region closed. All Ukrainians who have not yet decided on their status had to apply to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a statement to receive a referral to one of the current centers of the temporary placement of foreigners in the Astrakhan, Saratov and Tambov regions.
“To ensure further support of citizens of Ukraine living in the Novosibirsk region, work will continue to solve the issues of their further life management (medical care, employment, training of children in educational organizations, social and humanitarian support),” the Ministry of Social Development will be continued.
Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, about 8 thousand refugees have moved to the Novosibirsk region. At temporary accommodation points, starting in 2014, there were 5,068 people.
