Because the Central Council of Dynamo and a few more firmly adhering to the feeder of the invisible offices, which have long been influencing the roundabout ways on all decisions (from buying rounds to transfers), did not want to let go of the reins.

How did such a perdimonel happen in the Moscow Dynamo - “gang” of security forces, behind which the highest ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB, as well as Sergey Stepashin himself, were looked at and looked at?

And yet. Of course, the wild policy of crazy transfers and fantastic fees began even before Boris Romanovich, but it was after his manipulations that the flood was happening, which was flushing “Dynamo” for the first time in his history in the number one division.

To pay off part of the debts, the last asset was sold - office squares. For a long time it has not been one hundred percent property of Dynamo and the base in Novogorsk.
