In Moscow, on the night of January 27, on the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge (the people's memorial "Nemtsov Bridge", where the politician Boris Nemtsov was killed), Andrei Margulev, the "duty officer" of the bridge, was detained. Olga Tsypel reported this to the OVD-Info hotline.
Margulev was detained by two police officers, one of them, according to the activist, may have been drunk. Margulev is currently in the Kitai-Gorod police department.
Another Nemtsov Bridge duty officer, Grigory Simakov, specified that the entire memorial had been “cleaned up” — flowers and photographs had been removed.
