"Putin is not given by the Lord God"

Participants in the Open Russia movement presented the Moscow branch of the organization and announced the start of the "School of Municipal Deputies", as well as the Open Law project. The metropolitan branch of the movement became the sixth regional department. “Open Russia” sees its mission to work on the creation of a “legal state with an honest election, regularly replaced by power and observance of human rights.”
